Triin Tõnsing is the Head of Human Resources at Ellex in Estonia. She is responsible for all HR topics and strategy within the company and is managing all main activities within the HR area.
Triin has been working in the HR field for almost 15 years, she has extensive experience in both private and public sectors. She has a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Tartu. In 2023, Triin completed the organizational communication micro-degree program at Tallinn University.
