Advising Enefit Green in merger control proceedings in regard to the acquisition of AS Nelja Energia
Ellex in Estonia is advising Eesti Energia subsidiary Enefit Green in merger control proceedings in regard to the acquisition of AS Nelja Energia.
The Estonian Competition Authority granted a merger clearance for this transaction. The decision was challenged by competitors. Case is still pending in the courts.
