Bitė Group’s EUR 550 million refinancing transaction completed with the support of leading investment banks

Ellex provided legal assistance to the initial purchasers – Deutsche Bank AG, J.P. Morgan SE, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, and Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE – in connection with the refinancing of Bitė Group, one of the leading telecommunications and media groups in the Baltics. 

As part of the transaction, Bitė Group issued EUR 550 million in senior secured floating-rate notes due 2031, aimed at fully refinancing the Group’s existing notes and optimizing its capital structure. 

Ellex experts provided the necessary legal support on all matters governed by Latvian and Lithuanian law in connection with the transaction.
