Eastnine sells three commercial properties in Riga – a significant transaction in the Baltic real estate market
Eastnine has signed an agreement with Provendi Asset Management AIFP, the manager of INDEXO Real Estate Fund, for the sale of three commercial properties in Riga, including office buildings at Zaļā Street 1 and Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street 62/62A, as well as a retail property. The total transaction value exceeds EUR 38 million.
