Greenergy Data Centers, the largest data centre in the Baltics, welcomes Tensor Genesis as an investor

Ellex Estonia acted as local counsel on the transaction whereby MCF Group Estonia, the owner and operator of Greenergy Data Centers, the largest data centre in the Baltics, welcomed Tensor Genesis as a minority shareholder. The investment provides expansion capital that will allow Greenergy Data Centers to respond to growing demand from the artificial intelligence market.  

The Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund, a dedicated commercial fund focused on infrastructure investments across Central and Eastern Europe and advised by Amber Infrastructure Group, remains the majority shareholder of Greenergy Data Centers.  

Ellex Estonia advised the majority shareholder on the Estonian law aspects of the transaction, supporting lead counsel. The Ellex Estonia team comprised Martin Käerdi, Gerda Liik, Jaanus Ikla, Martin Mäesalu and Hanna Pahk.
