KMW invested in Europe’s leading military robotics developer

KMW investment in Milrem Robotics brought together two established players in the European defence sector. Ellex in Estonia advised German defence company Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW) on its investment in Milrem Robotics, Europe’s leading developer and manufacturer of military robotic land systems.

Milrem Robotics is an Estonian defence technology company focused on the development and production of unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) and military robotics solutions. The company is recognised internationally for its innovative defence technologies and its contribution to the development of autonomous military systems.

The transaction was significant for both the Estonian defence industry and the wider European defence technology sector, bringing together two well-established defence industry players.
