Orkla Eiendom AS acquires real estate companies from Orkla Latvija SIA

Ellex in Latvia advised Orkla Eiendom AS (Norway) and Orkla Latvija SIA in a transaction whereby Orkla Eiendom AS (Norway) acquired two Latvian entities – Artilērijas 55 SIA and Miera 22 SIA. 

As a result of the transaction, Orkla Eiendom AS obtained strategic real estate assets in Riga, including properties at the intersection of Tallinas and Artilērijas Streets (known as the Staburadze territory), as well as several properties on Miera Street, notably the building housing the local Orkla office and the Chocolate Museum. Ellex also supported the client in negotiating lease agreements with Orkla Latvija SIA.
