Pontos sells its holdings in Viru Keskus to long-term co-owner

Ellex in Estonia advised Pontos Baltic AS, the majority shareholder in Viru Keskus, a flagship retail centre in Tallinn, in the divestment of their stake to Estonian investors – the current co-owner Kapitel and the Estonian family office Tristafan.

Viru Keskus is the market leading and most visited retail centre in Estonia, with more than 13 million visitors annually.
