Renewal of Adven financing platform

Ellex experts in Latvia and Estonia advised Adven, a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions in the Nordic and Baltic regions, on the Latvian and Estonian aspects of the renewal of its financing platform by raising additional capital in the amount of EUR 675 million through a mix of bank financing and private placement loans. The refinancing was closed in January 2025 and provides a strong foundation for the company’s growth in the coming years.
