Supporting Delta Plus Group in strengthening its presence in the Baltic States

Ellex in Lithuania team advised Delta Plus Group, a French global leader in the design and manufacturing of personal protective equipment (PPE), on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in UAB “GEVANTA”, a Lithuanian company specializing in high-end workwear across the Baltic region.

This acquisition further strengthens Delta Plus Group’s presence in the Baltic States and enhances its premium workwear offering, supporting the Group’s strategic expansion into the Scandinavian market.
