Vok Bikes raises $6M Series A funding

Ellex in Estonia advised Vok Bikes, the Estonian company behind a new generation of four-wheeled electric cargo bikes, in securing $6 million in Series A funding to support its growth across Europe.

The round was led by SQM Lithium Ventures, the corporate venture arm of global lithium leader SQM International Lithium (SQMi). Existing investors Metaplanet, Specialist VC, Sunly, and SmartCap also participated.

Vok’s cargo bikes are designed specifically for city logistics, offering a durable, low-maintenance, and highly manoeuvrable alternative to traditional vans. As urban areas face increasing pressure from emissions regulations and traffic congestion, Vok provides a solution that is both sustainable and commercially sound.

This funding round marks a significant step forward for urban mobility innovation in Europe.

The project was led by Counsel Rutt Värk, supported by Partner Antti Perli.
