Secure Up to €60,000 in Cybersecurity Funding with Ellex

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Lithuania now have an exceptional opportunity to enhance their cybersecurity at no additional cost. The National Cyber Security Center (NKSC) is offering financial support of up to €60,000 per company, with a total budget of €540,000, to strengthen cyber resilience. Ellex in Lithuania is ready to assist eligible businesses in securing these funds, ensuring a smooth and efficient application process.

Who Can Apply?

The funding is available to SMEs with up to 250 employees and either annual revenue below €50 million or total assets under €43 million. This initiative aims to help businesses improve their cybersecurity infrastructure without incurring extra expenses.

What Can Be Funded?

The funding covers essential cybersecurity measures, including:

  • Mandatory Activities:
    • Acquisition and implementation of cybersecurity products, processes, and services within the company’s network and IT infrastructure.
  • Optional Activities:
    • Purchase of cybersecurity services or processes that are not installed directly in the company’s IT infrastructure (up to 20% of the total project cost).
    • Cybersecurity training for employees, aligned with the requirements of the Cyber Security Law.

These activities may include compliance audits, cybersecurity risk assessments, updates to internal security policies and procedures, and expert consulting to help businesses navigate cybersecurity regulations effectively.

Why Act Now?

Cyber threats are growing, and businesses must proactively strengthen their defenses. This government-backed funding allows SMEs to invest in cybersecurity without financial burden. However, the budget is limited, and demand is expected to be high, so early applications are crucial.
