Agnė Kisieliauskaitė is an Associate Partner at Ellex Valiunas specializing in high-stakes cross-border litigation and dispute resolution concerning international law, EU law, recognition and enforcement, state immunity, company law and shareholder disputes.

With more than 15 years of legal experience, Agnė has gained extensive expertise in the fields of commercial and EU law litigation, including representation of clients in complex disputes before both national and EU courts. Drawing on her wealth of experience in transnational legal proceedings, she delivers strategic counsel on critical aspects of international litigation, including jurisdictional challenges, applicable law determinations, enforcement strategies, dispute prevention and coordination of related proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.
