Ints Skaldis is a senior associate at the Ellex Employment and Dispute Resolution practice groups and is the main lawyer for immigration and citizenship matters.

Ints works with local and international clients in most employment matters. In addition to daily HR and employment matters, Ints handles restructuring, transfer of undertaking, liquidation, employee posting, outsourcing, international mobility and immigration affairs. Ints has experience in collective bargaining agreements, crewing agreements, remote work, collective redundancies, management agreements and employment disputes.

He prepares different court and arbitration documents and advises on the enforcement of foreign court rulings and arbitral awards. Ints has extensive knowledge of case law, which promotes the practical aspects of the provided advice.

Ints works with clients operating in various areas, including transportation, the industrial sector, IT, retail, seafaring and more. Ints also lectures in seminars on employment and immigration questions and is the author of several publications in both the local and international media.
