Ellex Senior Associate Merlin Liis-Toomela has been elected as a member of the Intellectual Property and IT Law Committee of the Estonian Bar Association.
The purpose of the activities of the Intellectual Property and IT Law Committee is to assist and advise the members of the Bar in matters related to the legislation and practice in the field of intellectual property, information and communication technology, and data protection, to analyze the relevant legislation and legal practice, and to draft amendments.
