Our partner Martin Triipan elected as a member of the Ethics and Methodology Committee of the Estonian Bar Association
Ellex partner in Estonia Martin Triipan has been elected as a member of the Ethics and Methodology Committee of the Estonian Bar Association.
The Committee has a total of 11 members.
The purpose of the Ethics and Methodology Committee is to assist and advise the bodies and members of the Bar on the requirements of professional ethics and the methods of legal practice. The Committee also makes pronouncements on other issues concerning the Estonian Bar Association.
Martin Triipan is also a member of the Administrative Law Committee of the Bar Association. In addition, our Managing Partner Ants Nõmper, Partners Sven Papp and Gerli Kivisoo as well as Senior Associate Martin Mäesalu serve as members of the Estonian Bar Association’s committees on intellectual property and IT law, business law, employment law and competition law respectively.
