Accent Equity acquires Brimer to support accelerated growth

Accent Equity has signed an agreement to acquire Brimer from Entec Group. Brimer is a leading European supplier of composite/GRP solutions to protect and strengthen vital infrastructure at sea and on land. Brimer has operations both in Norway and Latvia. Management will co-invest with Accent Equity and continue to develop the company in close cooperation with Accent Equity.

Ellex advised Accent Equity along with the Norwegian law firm Thommessen. Latvian aspects of the transaction were handled by Ellex partner Sarmis Spilbergs, senior counsel Iveta Ceple, senior associates Kaspars Oļševskis, Ints Skaldis and Niklāvs Zieds, associate Ineta Kaņepe, and head of Tax practice Eduards Dzintars.
