Dan Distribution becomes part of Exclusive Networks
Ellex in Latvia provided legal advice to the seller – cybersecurity solution distributor Dan Distribution in the sale of its company to international IT solutions distributor Exclusive Networks.
Dan Distribution has been distributing cybersecurity solutions in the Baltics for more than 15 years. In preparation for the transaction, Ellex team carried out the pre-sale reorganization of the company in Latvia and Lithuania, as well as provided comprehensive legal support in all areas relevant to the transaction – from structural planning to resolving competition, tax and data protection matters.
