Tera Ventures and co-investors sell Defendec to Vosker
Ellex team in Estonia advised the sellers on the divestment of the security technology company Defendec to VOSKER.
Ellex advised Tera Ventures, Ubiquitous Ventures, Sentosa Capital and the other sellers on the divestment of 100% of the shares in Defendec Holding OÜ and its Estonian, UK and US subsidiaries to VOSKER, a Montreal-based provider of advanced surveillance solutions. Defendec is a leader in AI-powered, autonomous surveillance solutions for businesses and government agencies. Its technology enables always-on, remote monitoring in demanding environments, helping clients protect critical infrastructure and secure their operations.
