Eesti Gaas becomes the sole shareholder of JSC Gaso

On July 17, 2023, the closing of the transaction between JSC “Latvijas Gāze” and JSC “Eesti Gaas” took place, in which both transaction partners performed all actions so that “Eesti Gaas” acquired all the shares of the natural gas distribution system operator JSC “Gaso” and became its the sole shareholder.

Eesti Gaas operates in several foreign markets under the brand Elenger – Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, and Poland, with approximately 50,000 customers. In Estonia, Eesti Gaas operates the largest gas distribution network in the country. It supplies its customers with natural gas via pipelines, as well as by supplying pressurized and liquefied natural gas.
