German based Toi Toi & Dixi to acquire Kemmerling OÜ

Ellex team in Estonia advised Toi Toi & Dixi Handels-und Verwaltungs GmbH on the acquisition of Kemmerling OÜ, a portable toilet rental company.

Toi Toi & Dixi Handels-und Verwaltungs GmbH and Ilves Invest OÜ, the current owner of Kemmerling, signed an agreement according to which Toi Toi & Dixi will acquire 100% of the shares in Kemmerling OÜ.

The main reason for the transaction is Toi Toi & Dixi’s goal to expand its area of operation to new markets.

Toi Toi & Dixi was advised on the deal by Ellex Partner Risto Vahimets, Counsel Rutt Värk, Senior Associates Merlin Liis-Toomela, Hanna Pahk, Kaisa Laidvee and Kadi Sink, Associate Liisbeth Lillo and Lawyer Anastassia Ostrovskaja, and in competition matters Partner Martin Mäesalu and Lawyer Miikael Tuus.
