Penta Hospitals International acquires Südamekodud

Ellex in Estonia advised Penta Hospitals International on the acquisition of 100% of Südamekodud AS, Estonia’s largest elderly care provider.

The transaction represents a strategic investment into the Baltic elderly care sector and supports the next phase of Südamekodud’s growth. By joining a leading Central European healthcare group, Südamekodud is set to benefit from international expertise and increased investment capacity, with the aim of accelerating development in Estonia and expanding across the Baltics.
