Penta Hospitals International acquires Südamekodud
Ellex in Estonia advised Penta Hospitals International on the acquisition of 100% of Südamekodud AS, Estonia’s largest elderly care provider.
The transaction represents a strategic investment into the Baltic elderly care sector and supports the next phase of Südamekodud’s growth.
