Ellex receives two CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year Awards in the Baltics

We are happy to share that Ellex has received two awards at the CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year Awards Banquet: 2023 Estonia Deal of the Year for our work on AS Maag Grupp’s Acquisition of HKScan’ Baltic Business, and 2023 Latvia Deal of the Year award for our work on Eesti Gaas’s Acquisition of Gaso from Latvijas Gaze.
