Gabriela Fomina is an associate with main specialization in corporate M&A. Gabriela has been involved in numerous domestic and cross-border M&A deals of diverse industries (such as energy, IT and telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing) and has been of assistance to companies in different stages of the transaction process, including conducting and being a team-lead in legal due diligence projects. Gabriela provides legal assistance to clients in a variety of corporate law and governance matters, projects and initiatives across different energy sectors and employment law.
