Ramūnas Petravičius is a partner having over 20 years of experience in complex mergers and acquisitions in oil, gas and electricity, including mergers and joint venture projects in renewable energy, transport sectors, infrastructure projects, Governmental relations, arbitration cases, shareholders relations and conflict management. He also advises on corporate governance, management relations, and employment matters and has an extensive record of work on such matters. His expertise involves broad knowledge of the national and EU energy sectors, primarily driven by experience on complex projects. He worked on many legislative initiatives in various sectors, including energy and transport, he also participated in a working group that helped draft amendments to the Labour Code. Ramūnas chairs the Labour & Employment Committee at the Investors’ Forum (Lithuania’s main investors` organization).
