Gerda Liik joined Ellex in Estonia in 2010. She has around 10 years of experience advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions in various industry sectors. In addition, extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic clients in a wide variety of corporate law matters.
Gerda holds an MSc in Law and Finance degree from the University of Oxford, an LLM in European Law degree from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in Social Sciences (Law) degree from the University of Tartu.
She has been on secondment at the Helsinki office of Roschier.
Gerda is a member of the Estonian Bar Association Corporate Law Committee.
