Liis Tava is a lawyer at Ellex in Estonia, specializing mainly in business law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Liis holds a master’s degree (Law, Economics and Finance) from the University of Bologna. Liis has studied diplomacy and law at a summer university in Croatia, she has also attended Winter Law School on Migration Law in Greece and has been an active member of the international law students’ organization ELSA – the president of the Tallinn branch of ELSA and the vice president of seminars and conferences.
In the past, Liis has practiced mainly in the field of banking and finance.
